    Each session, I will ask you a few questions before we start, such as:

    Occasionally there are medical situations that are not recommended for massage or I may need to make certain accommodations for you.

    Totally fine if you're a newbie! I'll share some basic instructions that might be helpful for your first session. 

    "What type of pressure would you like today?"

      Light, Medium or Firm?

      BTW - It's ok if you don't know - I'll start with gentle pressure & gradually increase to help you decide your preference. 


      YOU know your body best! 


      So ALWAYS communicate about pressure, temperature, positioning, etc.— and if anything starts to be uncomfortable during your appointment, please mention it verbally RIGHT AWAY!

    Standard price for Mobile Chair Massage is $100/hr, although for your initial session is only $40! (one hour minimum)

    Subsequent Sessions
